What Is Retroverted Uterus ?

Hi i had the mirena coil inserted under ga 3 days ago, they also stretched my cervix to 8cm and said i had a retroverted uterus. The coil came out later That evening. Next day had severe rhs ovary pain took cocodamol the pain abaited. Same evening severe sharp pains right side near ovary. Went to casualty gave me oromorph and admitted me. Fbc and crp taken both fine urinaysis one plus blood, temp 37.6. Self discharged the next day due to horrendous care. Same day (16th) started what i presume to be my period with lots of small clots in. Still gettin pain esp on right ovary
