What Is Sharp Pain In Left Front Shoulder In An Asthma Patient Suggestive Of?
70 year old female with a sharp pain in left front shoulder, overweight and suffers from asthma, recently tested for heart problems because the family doctor could not figure why (although she was always short of breath) she was not responding to the treatment that helped her in the past. He has been treating her asthma problem for years and was puzzled that the treatment that had always worked was now not working as in the past. The tests that she recently had have not yet been reviewed by the new heart doctor. Her next appointment is in about two weeks

it suggest heart problem only. drugs working earlier may not be helpful now due to old age and growing resistance. get her ecg done to pin point the problem and then all new therapy can be started.
