Last night, randomly, I started having sharp pains in my lower abdomen (all in my right side). Feels a lot like a pulled muscle but I havent done anything that could cause a sore muscle. Last night when I was sleeping it would hurt to breathe and tossing and turning back and forth what hurt as well. I was thinking it couldnt possibly be my appendix but I think it is a little to high in my abdomen. I was just trying to get a little heads up of what it might could possible be before I head to the doctor tomorrow.
