Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine test is as follows:
The physical characters- color and pH are within normal range.
The presence of pus cells and epithelial cells suggests presence of infection in the urinary tract.
Thus, you need to consult your pediatrician for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic.
Presence of amorphous urates is a normal finding and it occurs due to prolonged storage of urine.
