Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I think you had it wrong. There is not spinal psychoses. Psychoses meaningfully affect mind. Never any body part directly.

But indirectly it can affect. A person can perceive illness. That type of psychoses is called somatoform disorder. A somatic symptom disorder, formerly known as a somatoform disorder, is a mental disorder characterized by symptoms that suggest physical illness or injury – symptoms that cannot be explained fully by a general medical condition or by the direct effect of a substance, and are not attributable to another mental disorder. There are effective psychotherapy methods for the condition.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
