welcome to Health care magic.
1.Testicular embolism means there is a block to the blood vessel supplying to the testicles, it is an emergency, it will be with severe pain.
2.But you are giving a gradual growth in size, which is not seen in the embolism.
3.There is something wrong going on. Mass/Fluid collection/Inflammation/Infection.
4.Strongly recommend you to get an ultrasound scrotum get done.
5.Which will evaluate all problems related, embolism related with blood supply, if there is any mass inside, fluid, end infective and inflammatory cause.
6.Not on emergency basis but get it done ASAP as soon as possible.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
