The scanning report suggests that there is presently no follicle seen and there is minimal amount of free fluid in pod(pouch of Douglas).The free fluid can be present as a remaining part of infection in the pelvis which may have happened recently or in the near past.If there is no pain or discomfort there is no reason to worry about the fluid in pod.Just carry on with the imaging of the follicle.
