What Is The Age Limit For Height Growth?

yes my son is turning 15 years old on April 17,2015 right now he is 5 7.5 and weighs about 143 pounds my question is do you think he is still going to grow taller I m his dad I m 5 9.5 and his mom is 5 6 he s in the 9 th grade now will be going to the 10th can he hit a growth spurt at all thanks j. HI, thank you for asking us on HCM!

Height growth is not the same for every person. Some people finish growing at 15, some others may be still growing even they are 30. Generally the height growth stops around twenties. The height growth is strongly related with the parents height too. If the parents are short their children are expected to have a similar height to them. Your son is 15 so it's gonna be growing some more centimeters until his bones finish growing at about 20 years old.
