What Is The Ball Kind Of Thing In Earlobe?

Hi, my name is Tommy. I have some kind of ball in my left earlobe(My POV). I have had one in my right one before, and i had left it there for a few days, then i squeezed it, and it pussed out a white substance, along with a tone of blood. I tried to pop this one too, but nothing has happened. What should i do?
