What Is The Ball On My Labia Minora?

I have a ball on my labium minor for years now. I started small after I had surgery to remove my kidney stones. Last time I seen my gyno she said it was due to friction nothing to worry about, that was like 7 years ago it has gotten bigger over the years now the size of a grape it is soft, flesh color and when I squeeze it nothing happens just squishes. It is sometimes smaller and other it is larger. Sometimes it is uncomfortable, and it really sucks not knowing what it is. When I look at pics on the internet nothing matches my ball. I would like to at least know what it may be, again no head on it. Please help I would love to know what it might be and if I have to live with it my whole life. I have only been with my husband sexually the past 18 years.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like Bartholin cyst.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated to make a diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis is made, it has to be drained under local anesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
