Hello dear Understand your concern Mifepristone plus misoprostol is best and safe medicine for medical termination of 6 week intrauterine pregnancy if done under the guidance and observation of gynecologist after pelvic examination and transvaginal sonography. You should use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after getting expert opinion. Do not take medicine at home ass it cause threatens complication that require surgery and can not be controlled at home. By procedure: mifepristone 600 mg after food should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally/buccaly after 24 hour. Another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour if needed under the guidance of gynecologist. Dose , schedule can be modified by doctor.
