What Is The Best Method To Avoid Pregnancy?

I missed four consecutive days on the pill so therefore got my period a week early. Then continued to have my period, normally the following week. Basically having my period for a little over two weeks straight. I then was traveling and missed four days on my new pack. I began taking my pills on a Thursday(doubling up for the days i missed) and had sex that following Saturday. This past Saturday. Is there a very high risk i can become pregnant? Should i take emergency contraceptive? Please help, thank you.
