What Is The Best Possible Treatment Available For Squamous Cell Carcinoma ?

My close friend has been diagnosed with StageIII/StageIV Locally advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the neck, with possible involvement in lymph nodes. What is the best possible treatment available for this? I have to add he is not a smoker, eats fairly healthy and excercises. George

Stage is now in its advanced levels only. So needs agressive treatment. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy is feasible at this stage  I guess.
