Econaderm is an antifungal cream, as lichen planus is not a fungal infection econaderm should not be used in it.
But definitely a steroid ointment is used in lichen planus, and hydrocortisone is a steroid so you can go for it.
Other than that you should start with an antioxidant capsule like lycored, as it help you with your immunity.
Even you should manage with your stress as it aggravates the condition
