hello doctor , my hair contains lots of dirt, when i applied shampoo the hair falls suddenly.... even when i applied masaage on it before shampoo.. i request u to tell me best shampoo and tell what should i do ??? reply soon......................

The cause of hair fall is mostly due to nutritional deficiency and less due to dirt. Instead of looking for a good shampoo you concentrate more on improving your diet. Add iron supplements to your diet and apply egg raw on your hairs one hour before washing them.
