Hello, I would like to know about the Which is the best position after embryo transfer? I have embryos transfer today. Everyone said I have to laid full straight for 3 days . But I already feel back pain n can t sleep. Would u b able to tell me which is the best position after embry transfer. what positions can I sleep? How long do
You can position by the side or you can lay with your back reason because the embryo implant is inside the uterus. So you can also lie on side as it has no impact on success.
Take following precaution:
- Take proper bed rest for 2 days - Avoid home work, exertion - Avoid smoking, alcohol and caffeinated drink - Eat healthy diet, and drink plenty of water to maintain hydration - Eat more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits - Avoid stress - Be positive and encourage yourself to think positively about the pregnancy issues - Go for blood HCG and USG after 2 week
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
