Sorry in advance because this is gross. I’ve struggled with a yeast infection for the past 2 years straight. I’ve been to the gynecologist and have been tested for stds and also tested for what’s wrong with me and I have no stds but it always is positive for yeast infection. I’ve been prescribed antibiotic time and time again but it only works for a couple days then it comes back. Now I use a cream to relieve symptoms that the doctor prescribed me, but it never ever goes away. Any idea what I could do to stop this?
You have to consult a gynaecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to make a diagnosis. Antifungals are the mainstay of the treatment. As of now, you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
