What Is The Best Treatment For My Neck, Shoulder, And Left Hand Symptoms With MRI Showing Disc Protrusions And Spinal Stenosis From C4 To C7?

Hello, I am 48 yrs old having pain ata neck,left shoulder and tingling numbness sensation at left hand and thumb. I have done MRI it shows that posterior,left paracentral and foraminal protrusion at C5-C6 , C6-C7 intervertebral disc causing spinal canal stenosis with compression of subarachnoid space,spinal cord and left ventral nerve root.Diffuse posterior buldge at C4- C5 intervertebral disc causing indentation of subarachnoid space
