What Is The Best Treatment For Severe Hair Loss?

Hi i am 27 year old. I have been taking hairfall treatment from 16 months. Initialy i was suggested fincover tablet, finpecia tablet and now finax and menofit plus. Please advise any side effets for taking these medicines for so long. Also if i discontinue taking these, what would be impact on my hair.

Along with antioxident
Take more leafy vegetable
More protein diet
Apply minoxidil.
