What Is The Best Treatment For Sugar And Cholesterol?

hello doctor I have cholestrole 287 and sugar 167 after fasting.is it over high.... ?

just 4 days I started moring walk from 5.45 to 6.30. is it enough better treatment for sugar and cholestrole..? OR SHOULD I USE TABLET......? I Have medical test after 3 week.

Hi,
With this much cholesterol exercise is not enough.
You have to go for taking statin after consulting your doctor.
Go for Lipid profile as well.
Your fasting blood sugar is high as well and require further blood sugar testing.
Go for fasting, PPBS and other test to rule out diabetes.
Continue with daily exercise with carbohydrate and fat restricted diet.
