What Is The Best Treatment For Uterine Fibroids?

My fiance is 48 has fibroids she did a diagnostic and is been having problems for about a year her fibroids grew she has 4 to 5 fibroids.the diagnostic test report said uterus enlarged at 13*6*8cm three poor fibroids the largest at 5.2 cm anteriorl. The endonetrium measures at 8mm in thickness ovaries are normal. There is an 11*6*5mm echonagic nodule within the ebdocetvical canal surrounded by trace of fluid. She also going through metapause in plain English I do not understand these medical terminology nor know what to do moving forward for her she s in constant pain she will see a gynaecologist for this should she take out the fibroids and how does it affect the body the period with hystercatamy what does all this mean with her cramps and should she do operation and how can I help her in this decision thanks please help in latent terms that I can understand my fiance does I don t thanks again and she s skeptical of the surgery different gynacoligist have said operate the said take pills for shrinkage what do we do thanks and I typed everything from the report witch I don t understand
