What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Good Morning I am a bit worried I need some answers me and my husband is trying to fall pregnant ,but since last week I have experienced severe lower back pain and then I had 4 days op vaginal bleeding but its small amounts and a lot darker then my normal period blood and its gone know and then the weekend I started having severe bloating and I still have it I did take a pregnancy test but its showed negative can you tell me what is wrong

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion that might be a normal period.
Bloating might be due to gastritis so take antacids and avoid spicy diet.check for next period .And if any spotting or bleeding in between consult gynae to confirm the diagnosis by ultrasound.so for now dont worry.relax.
