What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for a few days shy of 18 months. I have had 3 known miscarriages. After the third miscarriage my Ob and reproductive endocrinologist worked together to remove a septum from my uterus. During this cycle I have had some pretty bad cramps in my lower abdomen where my ovaries are. It has lasted from the day my period stopped and I am on cycle day 14 now (a total of 12 days now). What could be the cause of this cramping.

hi healthcare magic user, from your description it looks like that cramping pain is the part of wound healing .are you on any estrogen tablets after surgery which will help for healing .if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to be on cyclically estrogen and progesterone pills to prevent uterine adhesions and for rapid healing of the uterus. so far In your case you should avoid sex till 6wks post surgery and prefect to be avoided for 3-4months post surgery in order to avoid abortion.
