OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed and scanty periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. Ovulation abnormalities or no ovulation at all is also found in these conditions. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, then the chances of pregnancy are ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
