What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Hello. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. I have irregular periods, but not PCOS. I have been using digital ovulation tests to assist with timing. The first day of my last period was the 4th of Feb, and the test said I was at peak fertility on the 12th. According to what I have found online, I should expect my period today. My test has been negative (first response 6 days sooner than missed period). I followed the instructions by taking the test in first thing in the morning and as instructed on the box. Based on the accuracy the test claims, should I assume that I am not pregnant this time? I just don t know how long after peak fertility to keep testing and/or see my doctor if my period does not come. I very much appreciate your input.

Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Usually urine pregnancy test becomes positive after a week or 2 weeks of missed periods. Repeat test again after a week.

Regards
