Hello,
In view of your age and the history of two unsuccessful pregnancies, I would suggest further management under the care of an expert in high risk pregnancy. Since the effective number of ova starts diminishing at advancing age, you may also contemplate the prospect of IVF to ensure successful healthy pregnancy. Ova shield is a supplement but not an ovulation induction drug. You may continue with it. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
