What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

i am 34 years old, i got married on last year may month. i have regular 26- 27 menstrual cycle. My weight is around 47 kg. Height is 5 feet. We didn't have any family planning. After 9 months of our married life we met a doctor, they suggested for thyroid test i have FSH 13.5 and TFH is 3.5. My husband's sperm count is also good. They done tube test, it is also clear. 3 month cycle is over that i am taking clomipure and doctor given some injections during this cycle. Last month egg size everything is good, but still i am not getting pregnant.. please give some suggestion

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Both the sex partners need to be tested while trying for conception.
Please confirm your husband's semen analysis after 3 days of abstinence to be normal.
- Test for ovulation day by LH surge test, ( it's roughly 14 days prior to date of next menses.)
- Have unprotected sex when the test is + ve .. for 3-4 days
- confirm pregnancy by pregnancy test after a weeks delay in next period.
