Hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion if your cycles are regular and semen analysis of your partner is normal and if there are no other problems relating to infertility then there are many scopes for natural pregnancy. As you are young the natural pregnancy is worth trying.Natural pregnancy is always superior. But if needed infertility treatment can be taken. There are different treatments like ovulation induction drugs with or without HCG injections to induce pregnancy. This can be tried for 4-6 cycles depending on the response.Intrauterine insemination ie.,IUI where in semen of your partner is injected into your vagina at the time of ovulation is also one of the methods.Last resort is artificial reproductive techniques (ART) where in the ovum from you is retrieved and made to fertilize with the sperm and then the embryo is implanted into the uterus.
