What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Dear Sir/Madam I am 31 years old.I have a 6years old a daughter (normal delivery 2005) I have done 2 abortion in 2006& 2008,then we have try to pregnancy in last 5 month,but till date i am not pregnant,further we have consult a doctor for this matter,she prescribed Fertyl Tab and Dubajest 200,Lycopene last 3 months,but i am not pregnant in this month,doctor advice to me HSG X-Ray,I have done X-Ray but as per my report(my both Fillopian tube are blocked )what can I do ? Please advice me to my problem.I need a baby. regards. Madhu

If both tubes are blocked then the next option would be in vitro fertilization.prior to that tubal block can be confirmed with diagnostic laparoscopy with chrome perturbation ,in this procedure they will insert a dye and see the spillage and tubal anatomy through laparoscope.
