26th March 2011 as last date of menses right? if so, then its been a long time and definitely if you were not on any family planning or have had pregnancies later then there should be a problem.
There are many causes of difficulty in conceiving which range from non pathological causes such as sexual habits to pathological causes such causes linked to the ovary or brain.
Assuming that you have not seen your period for that long, there is likely a pathological problem. If the date is not correct and that late you have been having your period, we might want to consider how often you meet with your husband. Effective sexual intercourse is required and it is at least 4 days of intercourse a week and not 4 consecutive days in a week. As such the chances of not missing the fertile period is gurantee.
The best treatment can only be obtained if the right diagnosis of you rproblem is made else all treatment will be try and error.
Meet a fertility specialist/gynecologist to get your correct history and have you well examined and with some tests.
Best regards Dr Achuo
