What Is The Best Treatment To Regularize Periods And Conceive?

Dear Doctor Nishma kini from Bangalore, I am 26 year old, married 2 year before. I am facing problem with irregular piriods. ., 42,18,35,45,65,64 days Like this its irregular. So I consulted doctors for Fertlity They suggested to regularise periods. Initially I approached Ayurvedic Doctors and its regularised for 3 months after treatment but its repeated irregular piriods. So I consulted Gynecologist 1 mont back They prescribed 1. Tab Myotal , Morning 1 for 60 days 2.Feoper C, Night 1 for 5 days starting from second day from Dates. 3. Tab registrone when the Period date 21/12/2013 if not as per monthly (last date 22/11/2013) Even after 63 days Period date not came finally after 64th day Period date( last date 26/1/2014) So i am confused. Please suggest me the Prescription. We are planning for a baby at the earliest. Please help us in prescription..........

Hi

You have mentioned if the cause of irregular periods has been diagnosed. The cause of irregular periods such as polycystic ovaries, obesity and hypothyroidism should be identified and treated effectively. Ultrasound pelvis,FSH LH hormone ratio ,thyroid profile and blood sugar level ,body mass index is essential to identify the cause of irregular periods.

Continue the treatment for the next cycles and watch for menstrual pattern.Your body needs to adjust to the medications and hormonal balance takes time to resume.Hence continue with the medications without fail.
