hi,
Darkening of skin in a diabetic patient, especially on legs is important to be taken care of. Generally, diabetics are prone for infections in which case, antibiotics or antifungals would heal the rash.
On the other hand, there are many causes of rash like acanhthosis nigrans, diabetic dermapathy, Necrobiosis etc. you need a good dermatologist consultation for best outcome.
ALL THE BEST.
