I'm not sure if there is a "best way" to prevent strokes, but you can take certain measure to help prevent them. The best one recommended by a lot of physician is to take a baby aspirin a day or every other day. 81mg to be exact. The down fall to this form of prevention is that if you sustain a hemorrhagic stroke, it will tougher to recover given the amount of neurological damage. Diet and exercise has always proven to be the best form of disease prevention with the addition of annual physical check ups.
