What Is The Best Way To Treat Hidradenitis?

What is the best way to treat hidradenitis? I'm 25 yrs old, Ive been dealing with this since last July, the doctors has prescribed me with Avelox , Doxycycline and one other antibiotic. While these have given me relief the cyst have never gone down completley. Im not looking for a cure I would like to stary excersing and sweating and not be afraid of a break out and limit the reoccurence to maybe 3 tmes a yr not 3 times a month, Im 200lbs
