What Is The Black Dot Inside My Lower Eyelid?

I have a black dot, looks like a black head, just inside my lower eyelid. My eye has been extremely irrated for days and I just noticed the spot. Is this a stye? From what I've read about styes I thought they were white. Also is it sometime that will heal over time or should I go to the doctor?

Hello
From the history it seems like it is stye only. Stye when gets filled with pus will present with white dot.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops or eye ointment and oral analgesic and antiinflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression to the swelling will provide symptomatic relief.

Thank you
