What Is The Bleeding After I Have Sex?

hello, im 24 have 2 kids and on micronor pill, i have bleeding after sex which stop not long after, but this morning i woke up bleeding but didnt have sex.this has only started happening since i had my last baby a year ago
im in good health other than above
