General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about having laryngitis about a week ago, got the ear blockage at the same time, resolving slowing but now developed pain and pulsating feeling with altered hearing.
Laryngitis mean upper respiratory tract infection and this transmits through Eustachian tube to the middle ear to cause fluid accumulation or transformation into pus formation thus giving many varied symptoms like blockage, tinnitus, pulsating feeling, pain and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for ENT Endoscopy to know the exact diagnosis and thus get a proper management as per the findings.
To get a prescription for proper antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicine and decongestant.
Do not blow the nose.
Give voice a rest.
Do not instill anything in ear.
Decongestant nasal drops.
Symptomatic and supportive management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
