What Is The Blocked Feeling In The Back Of Throat?

ffor the last few days ive had a blocked feeling at the back of the nose/throat my mouth feels so dry and it feels like when i close my mouth, my tongue is blocking my breathing, i get cotton wool feelingvalso, it doesnt make anu difference if i have a drink, it feels quite sore at times, i smoke ten a day, and also suffer with anxiety and panic..

it can be due to dryness of throat mucosa due to smoking..you can cut down and eventually stop smoking..take vitamin c and apply glycerine
