What Is The Blood Discharge After Urinating?

woman 50 years old - last period was 3 weeks ago... for the last 2 weeks, I have wiped blood arter urinating. no pain, just the thought of it being my period starting early, but never started. Is this the start of things changing with the turning of 50 or an infection?
