What Is The Blood Filled Skin Tag On My Clitoris?

this morning i noticed a skin tag on the clitoris. its very small, but it looks as if there is blood in it...what do i do?
i was recently checked for STDs last yr, and im clean, and i've only been with one partner since the test, and he is clean as well...helppp pleaseeee
