What Is The Bright Red Blood After Swallowing Tobacco And Spitting?
rectal bleeding my husband is a beng drinker and he has chewed tobacco for years and swallow s the spit he has been filling the toilet with bright red blood for 4 days every time he has a bm. he has also been having erectile problems for a while he is only 43 what is possible going on

The most probable diagnosis for a bright red blood in BM is piles / fissure/ a mass . The best diagnosis is possible only on a clinical examination by a Surgeon where a digital and inspection by putting in a anoscope is done. Colonoscopy should be done in all such patients.
Tobacco and alcohol together make a bad mixture to cause erectile dysfunction and can not be reversed unless stopped
