What Is The Brownish Dry Blood Discharge After My Menses?

I started my period on July 3 It Finished 5 days after .after my period was finished (at least I thought it was) there was a brownish discharge like dry blood in thinking everytime I wipe its there its been going on since my period was supposed to end also I m having very sharp pains in my vaginal area it come and goes at times but when the pain does come it hurts really bad.
