What Is The Bump Inside My Nose?

Hello,
Approximately a week ago I noticed a bump on the inside of right nostril, it's almost bone like. Since yesterday it is slightly bigger, about the size of a half of an eraser head. Slightly tender when I blow my nose, it is not a pimple. I have no health insurance...
ANY idea what it could be?

Most likely it is a inferior turbinate hypertrophy ( part of nasal bone got swollen ).

Start Steam Inhalation .
