What Is The Bump On My Middle Toe?

I had a bump on my middle toe, and i popped it and a bunch of clear stuff came out of it. Mixed with some blood. I let it sit all day, but then I just noticed it started filling back up again and I popped it again and clear stuff came out.. what is it?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a friction blister. I suggest to soak in warm water with Epsom Salt. I also suggest to apply Petroleum Jelly for local application. I also suggest to use cotton socks and loose shoes.
