What Is The Bump On The Head Without Any Injury?

I Just Have A Dime Sized Bump On My Neck. It Hurts To Any Touch. May Have Bumped My Head But Not To Sure. Bumps Always Comes And Goes. Doctor Tested Blood And Urine And Hair Everything Is Free Of Disease, Viruses. I Am A Clean Man. What Could This Bump Be If My Head Did Not Get Injured Or Hit?

Hi.
As per your case history of bump on neck, it maybe a benign growth like Lipoma or sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't worry. As far as it is not increasing in size or bothering you nothing is to be done.
2. For such cysts only option is excision under local anesthesia.
3. It can be sent for biopsy on excision for perfect diagnosis.
