What Is The Bump Under My Son's Ear?

My son been having the fever since friday and been with a very bad sore throat , thn he told me he had a bump under his ear that hurt him , when i touched it , its a size of a marble , itook him tctor and it might be form the infection in his throat but he made a comment qbout cancer i am really terrified please help

Please dont worry, it is unlikely to be cancer and is most likely to be an infected lymph gland , this will come down with antibiotics and i would like you to meet your doctor for the prescription. Please dont worry, he will be fine.
