What Is The Burning In Shoulder In Spite Of Getting Treated?

I dislocated my right shoulder on the 16th of April 2011, I was in hospital for 3 days. A CT scan was done of my shoulder and showed a Hill-Sachs Lession. I wore a sling for 10 days. Today I am experiencing a burning sensation in my shoulder is this normal? I am 33 years old, 1.75m and 64kg
