What Is The Burning Sensation All Over My Body?

Hi I have an intense raw burning skin sensation all over my thigh, buttock and lower back area. It hurts to touch like a sunburn, yet there is no visible sign of skin damage. No rash, bumps, redness ANYTHING. I m very concerned. Would you have any idea what this could be? Thank you!

Burning sensation all over the body can be due to neurological disorders, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic disorders, infections, any type of trauma.
I would suggest you to visit to a Physician and get a checkup done.
