can you have herpes but no signs of lesions? i have burning pain in urethra and have been tested for ghon and chlamydia and came back neg? what am i experiencing herpes? last sexual contact was 2 and half months unprotected vaginal sex. also had 4 little red spots come up on gum by tooth but healed in about 4 days.
