What Is The Cause And Remedy Of Orange Splotch In Hand Finger ?

I have an orange-splotch on my lower area of my right-handed index finger. I noticed that it was in the same area around two months ago, it decided to disappear. It had now reappeared tonight, after I had taken a walk, and I m curious why I have it, what is it, how can I treat it?

I'd appreciate if you can send a photo of the orange-splotch on your lower area of your right handed index finger.

From your description, it could be a bruising hematoma which is being subsided (under healing process). However, the photograph of the lesion would help me give a more precise answer.
